payment:

> payment will be 100% upfront
> no refunds will be made after i message that i've started work
> all payment will be through ko-fi's commission system

process:

> i'll send a message saying when i've started work on your commission
> for bust commissions, only the final product will be sent; 1-2 rounds of revisions are able to be made
> for all other commissions, a sketch will be sent for 1-2 rounds of revision
> no further revisions unless detail/color rendered incorrectly
> commissions will typically be completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity
